We are deep in the heart of our racing season now and have had great results from all age groups. Sophomore Patrick Coughlin just returned from the Seven Nation’s Cup in Austria and four U16’s qualified for the Trofeo Topolino ski games in Italy. U14 States were held at Burke March 3-5 with seven of our athletes qualifying for USSA U14 Eastern Championships at Sunday River, ME. Six U16 men and seven U16 women will compete at USSA U16 Eastern Championships at Sugarloaf, ME March 9-14. Our FIS athletes have had a lot of podiums this winter. They are establishing better point profiles and we currently have six first year, and four second year FIS men ranked in the top 15 among US athletes. On the FIS women’s side, we have one athlete ranked top 10 in the age world ranking. We also have three first year FIS girls ranked top 15 among the US athletes. We are little more than halfway through the race season and still have great training conditions on our training hill.
